3.1 Bonding of connecting lines for test purposes

The components are mounted and fully wired on a PVC cover plate of 150 x 65 x 3 mm, installation dimension 135 x 50 x 65 mm.

The contact is made by inserting the line into the bonding outlet. The process is triggered by a control valve which is operated by the inserted line. Bonding is performed by a clamping piston
connecting line and housing. The test may start. The signal „Test finished-sample Ok“ interrupts the magnetic valve supply (24V=) and opens the three bonding elements. In case of an error
message, the bonding elements remain closed and are opened using the module individual buttons.
